Lenoir City Tactical Training Center is a Design-Build project for the City of Lenoir City. It functions as a training center for the Lenoir City Police Department and Lenoir City Fire Department, equipped with a Shooting Range, Large Conference Room, Emergency Call Center, Offices, and Break Room. The site also features a Fire Training Tower for Live Simulated Fire Scenarios.
Tiger Haven Commissary, Covered Refrigerated Structure, and Freezer is a unique project designed to best serve Tiger Haven's big cat sanctuary. Wampler's Sausage Freezer is a Design-Build, large freezer building. The building includes a 60' tall freezer with a 5 level internal racking system that can store over 2 million pounds of sausage, as well as a 5 bay loading dock for easy truck access.
Local Casual Pint buildout within a Lenoir City Retail Center. This project included a personalized bar, kitchen, walk-in cooler, dining area and outdoor patio. The project also included a large kitchen area which makes this location unique as it also services food in addition to beer and alcohol.
